What was supposed to be a relaxing and low-key Friday got off to an adventurous start! It all began this morning when I went for my morning run. As I was running, I realized I was being chased by two dogs – little guys, so there were no worries. Instead of running from them, I stopped and made friends. They were so dirty but SO sweet! I realized that one of them had a tag so I tricked him into letting me pick him up and carry him home. The other dog decided to tag along and kept jumping and nipping at the other dog trying to get him to come down and play. I don’t believe they were from the same home but they were the best of friends. They reminded me of two single guys roaming the town together. I carried Sammy all the way home and got them to come inside the garage. I gave them some water and food and tried to call the phone number. Unfortunately, it was no longer a working number, so I was waiting for Corey to finish working so we could go look for the address on the tag. I decided to put them in the backyard where it would be cooler and then came inside to get my camera to take some fun pictures of them. When I returned…they were gone.
We drove around to look but could not find them. Sammy was so sweet and just wanted to go home and the other dog was definitely looking for a good time. I am just hoping that someone else has taken them home because I’ve been worried about them all morning. Either way, I definitely made some new friends!
In other news, I have been working on a series of different collages for a client and wanted to share! I hope everyone is have an enjoyable Friday!

The weekend-o-fun continues! Not only were we able to photograph the beautiful Jolee this weekend, but we also spent some quality time with Lily! Thanks again to my fav, Stacy, for all of her help! Not only can she take full credit for getting Corey and I together (she was our chaperone on our first date!) but she’ll be able to take credit for my career as well due to all her amazing guidance and support.
Here are some of my favs from our session with Lily!
Definitely comfortable!

VOGUE! She has such a colorful personality!

So sweet! Loved this bridge and her great rocking chair!

One from “Stacy the Great”! she took a photograph almost just like this of Corey and I for our engagement session (many years ago!) – love it!

Good times with Daddy!

Check back later in the week for pics from our 5K this past weekend! ENJOY!!
I’m serious when I say these two girls should be in a magazine! AND they just so happen to be like family to us. We have come to know The Webster’s through their “Aunt Kat”, my bestest friend and lucky for us they decided to move to our neck of the woods not too long ago! We spent the morning in the park swinging, running, eating candy, and hanging out. ENJOY!
